1 and a half storey semi-detached cottage depicted on 1st edition 25" OS map <1>. The building currently stands unoccupied with windows and door boarded. 3 flat roofed dormer windows have been set into the roof. A planning application proposing to demolish the building and redevelop the site has been received <2>. Photographed during site visit 06/01/2009 <3>.
