Two huts are situated on a boggy terrace covered by lazy-bed cultivation at the N end of Gleann Mhairtein. The huts measure 3.2m by 1.5m and 3.5m by 2.1m respectively within low spread stony banks. The SE end of one of the huts (Muck02 379) is built against a large boulder. The other (Muck02 380), which has a possible entrance on the NE, is built amongst scree below the cliff at the rear of the terrace, and incorporates several large blocks of stone within its walls.
