Full Description

NM47NW 73 42579 79346
A large mound and two possible huts are situated towards the rear of a broad terrace to the E of Port Mor, at the foot of the low crags at the SE end of Carndearg. The mound measures 8.3m from E to W by 5.7m transversely and stands up to 0.6m in height. Lazy-bed cultivation runs up onto the mound from the S and N, and there are traces of what may be a turf-walled hut overlying it on the E (Muck02 89). Some 20m to the NW, the footings of a subrectangular hut are set against the base of the low cliffs (Muck02 90)
(Muck02, 89-90)
