The depopulated township of Urgag is situated on a rocky shelf on a N-facing slope, and comprises a group of about 12 ruined houses, and a number of small enclosures. A considerable area of lazy-beds extends along the valley bottom between this township and Bealach (NG47SW 7) to the W.
