Full Description
The low grass-covered footings of a two-skin drystone dyke run to the west of the present fence. On the 2nd edition OS map, the area to the west of this dyke and above the home farm is marked as wooded, and tree stumps can still be seen, but that plantation does not appear to have been walled, so this is probably an older boundary dyke.
It was felt that this feature lies to the south of the propsed route of the overhead power line and should be unaffected. <1>
