Full Description

A farmstead is depicted on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map c.1876. This consists of a roofed building, labelled Dalanhown, and an attached sheepfold with four partitions. By 1973 the farmstead had been extended south-westwards with the addition of further sheep pens. <1><2>

Photographs of this house were submitted to the HER in June 2009 as a requirement of planning permission for alterations and extensions, plus the erection of a garage. <3>
