Full Description
Quite degraded oval shieling mound, covered in moss and grass, with reeds growing within its sunken interior. Its thick, linear mounded walls stand 0.4m high and are spread to 1m wide and it measures 10m x 3m. The longsides of the structure trend 055 degrees. This site is one of a group of shieling huts identified during a walkover survey in April 2009. <1>
