Full Description
Lozenge-shaped shieling, with a 5m long, non-interconnecting compartment at its SW end. Its thick, linear mounded walls stand 0.4m high and are spread to 1m wide and are overgrown with reeds and moss. It measures 10m x 3m and its longsides trend 048 degrees. This site is one of a group of shieling huts identified during a walkover survey in April 2009. <1>
