Full Description

A sub-rectangular enclosure of turf and rubble walling as recorded on the 1st edition OS map. This is in the corner of a croft field and is likely to date to post-1840. <1>

This feature cannot be located in this position on the 1st edition map. An enclosure containing a house appears at this grid reference for the first time on the 5th edition OS map dated 1966. It is presumed that this is the feature referred to above. <2><3>
