Full Description

Nearly intact circular sheepfold. Defined by drystone wall, 1.6 m highi and 0.85 m wide, with an internal diameter of 11.9 m. Entrance in S arc Small amount of collapse on E side of entrance reveals inner and outer wall skins with rubble core. Still in use, with associated chicken wire fence and corrugated iron hut.
19th century sheepfold. See NMRS NC36NE 2.
On bracken- and grass-covered plateau, 10 m above loch shore.
