Full Description

Visited by the Assynt's Hidden Lives project in December 2009. A tentatively identified burnt mound was reported to the survey. The mound is characteristically crescent shaped but it does appear to follow the base of a natural contour. Identification could only be confirmed by excavation. It measures 20m by 6m, and stands up to 1.5m high. <1>
