Full Description

Downslope end of prominent, 1m high, 2m wide heather and bracken-topped stone and turf bank, approximately 35m in length (Plates 2, 4 & 5). It curves gently uphill to the E and turns sharply to the E for 5m, before ending abruptly. No evidence of it having continued further at either end, the function of this relatively substantial feature remains conjectural. <1>
