Full Description

This is a tumbled version of the stone-rimmed pits with a 1.5m wide stone lip standing 0.5m high at the top of its circumference. The front, S wall is made up of a loose blockwork, whereas the back wall is made of larger boulders. The central area is 1.5m deep. <1>
