Full Description
A group of clearance cairns was recorded here during field survey across this area. They appear to form part of the field system recorded by RCAHMS in 1995 (MHG28496). The cairns were heather- and moss-covered and at times difficult to distinguish in the open moorland and high heather although some clearly stood above the level of the surrounding vegetation. <1>
