A ruinous milking shieling is situated on a south-east facing terrace, on the slopes ofBeinn Loch a' Mhuillin, at 57 metres aD. Lying 10 metres west of a small burn, the structure comprises a milking pen measuring 4 metres square internally. Built off this pen are a small smoking cell and a paved dairy. The 1.4 metre wide entrance faces east. This structure is almost identical in plan to the milking shieling excavated at Torrin on Skye. <1>
