Full Description

On a stone-revetted platform at 21 metres aD, are the ruinous remains ofa stone-built sub-rectangular building measuring 12.0 metres long by 5.0 metres wide over walls 1.2 metres thick. The structure is aligned on a north-south
axis and has an entrance in the south end of the east wall. The remains of a dividing wall are visible within the house, possibly indicating the presence of an integral byre. The building has a small annex attached on the west-facing wall measuring 5.0 metres by 4.0 metres over walls 1.0 metre thick. The structure has a south-westerly aspect with wide-ranging views over Loch na Cairidh to Skye, and is surrounded by large areas of relict lazy-bed cultivation. <1>
