RCAHMS Canmore description:
An unroofed building is shown on the modern 1:10,000 Ordnance Survey map, but is not shown on the First Edition of the OS 6-inch Survey (Inverness, Isle of Skye 1880, sheet xv). Aerial photography shows this building situated on top of a large grassy mound of similar character the shieling mounds which are found across this hillside.
