There are two rectangular buildings on a rocky terrace on the E side of Kilmory Glen 750m SSE of the burial-ground (NG 30 SE 1). The larger measures 7.7m by 3.5m within a wall 1.2m thick and 1.4m high, and there is a wall-recess in each end-wall; the other measures 4.9m by 2.5m internally.

An unroofed building is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire, Islands of Rum, Sanday etc., 1879, sheet lx) and on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1975).
