Full Description
NG30SE 16 3555 0397
Situated 200m NW of Kilmory Lodge there are the remains of four rectangular buildings overlain by later enclosures. The buildings vary in size from 9.5m by 3.6m to 4m by 2.5m within turf-covered wall-footings. What may be a later building or pen associated with the enclosures overlies a possible fifth building.
Visited by RCAHMS May 1983
An unroofed building is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire, Islands of Rum, Sanday etc., 1879, sheet lx). Two unroofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1975).
