Full Description

A line of boulders was identified and recorded during a watching brief taking place in the course of construction of a nearby passing place. The boulders ran along the line of the road for approximately 25 metres. They were not excavated. They are thought to be the remains of a former boundary, perhaps the footings for a turf dyke. <1>
