Full Description

A substantial bridge carried an old road across the Caolie Water. Constructed on mortared stone and concrete, it
consists of a central pier and abutments on either bank. It was built after 1872, when the Caolie Water was crossed by
stepping stones. (OS 1st Ed. 6” map) <1>
