Full Description

NG30SE 5 3509 0425.

This fort occupies a precipitous coastal promontory 740m WNW of Kilmory Lodge. The neck of the promontory, which is only 9.5m broad, is cut off by a wall about 3.8m thick, and the interior measures 25m from N to S by 12m transversely.
Visited by RCAHMS May 1983

Traces of a structure in the hollow inside the rampart to the east of the promontory. It measures 4m E-W and 4m N-S.
