A post-medieval boundary wall was recorded during a walkover survey by West Coast Archaeological Services in 2012 at Amer, Bracadale, Skye, prior to a proposed woodland creation scheme.

Full Description

A post-medieval boundary wall was recorded during a walkover survey by West Coast Archaeological Services in 2012 at Amer, Bracadale, Skye, prior to a proposed woodland creation scheme. The grass and moss covered stone wall comprising medium-large stone boulders spread 1.5-2m wide and stood 1-1.5m high. It was partially revetted into the hillside along the east. It enclosed an area of rig and furrow. <1>
