Field enclosure in overgrown rough pasture on steep hillslope, with NNW aspect, altitude 40-50m OD and AP no RAF:58/623:4194-5:13/4/51

NG30SW 2 3211 0123.

(NG 3211 0123 A sub-circular enclosure about 30' in diameter within a 3' thick drystone wall now mostly turf-covered. The ground-level inside is some 2' above that outside. Probably a 'kailyard' associated with the pre-clearance settlement of Guirdil which surrounds it, but it might be a hut-circle. (Visible on RAF AP's 58/623:4194-5)
