Full Description
A small hollow near the A96 in mature plantation at Tornagrain Wood was seen during a walkover survey in advance of a proposed new access road to Dalcross Airport by Wordsworth Archaeological Services in 1996. It was 14m away from a boundary bank (see MHG28216) and measured 4m x 2m and was over 1.25m deep. Its function was unknown but it lay outside the line of the propsed access road. <1>
