Full Description

A river diversion channel was noted during a DBA and walkover survey by C Dagg in 2007 in advance of a woodland creation scheme. A visible landscape feature that consisted of a deep cut transferring water from the River Nethy to the unnamed artificial lochan. No traces of a sluice or dam at the intake were found. <1>
