Full Description

A mound was noted during a DBA and walkover survey by RoCAS in 2012 on behalf of the Forestry Commission Scotland. Under rushes, heather and grass was a prominent mound which may have been a mostly degraded hut circle. It stood 0.5m high in open ground, with part of a turf bank 2.5m wide on the southeast to southwest side and measured 12-14m in diameter. <1>
