Full Description

The footings of a building was noted during a DBA and walkover survey by RoCAS in 2012 on behalf of Forestry Commission Scotland. They were located in a forest ride and were the very degraded, moss- and grass-covered footings of a rectangular stone-built structure measuring 7m north to south by 4.5m over wall spread to 1m wide and standing up to 0.4m high. There is a possible entrance 0.5m wide in east wall. <1>
