Full Description

The site of a water tower was noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013. A small concrete water tower was situated close to the present main road. On Admiralty plans, Bldg 204, marked “Water, domestic storage’, is in the general vicinity of those who recalled this tower. The tank is depicted on an old photograph of Evanton airfield on the Invergordon Archive website, dated to 1936.
