Full Description
The site of a gate pool was noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013. Before the straightening of the Allt Graad there was a pool with a large gate on the river bank, purpose unknown, but possibly for corralling animals. It was known as the ‘Gate Pool’.
