Full Description

A probably pillbox was noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013. A pillbox or defended earthwork appeared on aerial photographs in the field to the west of the blister hangars, between the site of the first airfield and the Deephaven entrance. It is clearest on the 1965 aerial photo. <1>
