Full Description

A military building was noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013. A brick structure behind the wartime Evanton Airfield electricity substation and near to the entrance to B camp was later used for the Goodtread tyre business. Wartime plans indicated that it was the Protected Communications Building, and an aerial was discernible on aerial photographs. <1>

Note: According to AP's, this building must have been demolished between 1999 and 2009. S Salem 05/12/2013
