Full Description

Two explosives stores were noted by ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains project in 2013. They appeared on wartime plans, but no other evidence survived. The north building was labeled as '(VI) [(6) Group IX - Pyrotechnics]; (VIII) [(8) Group XI - Smoke Floats]' and the south building as '(IV) [(4) Group Vi - ammunition S.A.A.]; (VII) [(7) Group X - Detonator].' <1>
