Full Description
Five post-medieval clearance cairns (sites 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8) were surveyed by West Coast Archaeological Services in March 2013 during a walkover survey in advance of a proposed woodland creation scheme. They were found in survey area 1. The five cairns measured between 3 and 5m in diameter and ranged between 0.3 and 0.5m in height. All were in a very degraded condition at the time of surveying. <1>
