Full Description

The building is a north facing single storey detached 3 bedroom cottage with an attached garage located within a 0.2 acre plot. The original buildings (constructed circa 1880) is of Caithness stone construction and has a Caithness slate roof. The original cottage was extended with a new kitchen area in the 1950s. It was subject to a photographic survey in 2011 in support of a planning application to demolish it and redevelop the site. <1>
