Full Description

The site was visited and photographed by D Glass in August 2007. The site was described as:
"A ditch and a much reduced earth dyke crossing the tip of a blunt promontory on the north shore of the loch. The dyke is built of stone where it enters the water at each end. The dyke is on the landward side of the ditch, indicating that its purpose was to confine stock on the promontory. There is a single entrance through the dyke. This is likely to be a stock enclosure." <1>
