Full Description

The site was visited and photographed by D Glass in May 2010. He described the site as:
"The grass-covered footings of a rectangular building measuring 7 metres long and 4 metres wide. The building is divided into 2, or possibly 3, compartments.
The appearance of the remains and their situation are typical of a Shieling Hut, although the dimensions are larger than usual." <1>
