Summary

A possible engraved or carved stone was reported by a Mr Jeff Carr in 2014. The stone is located in Smirisary, Moidart and appears to have markings either natural or man made.

Full Description

A possible carved/incised stone, found at Smirisary, on the western tip of Moidart. The stone measured 3 ft across and was located on a flat, open area of raised beach. The rock was said to have been inscribed with straight lines, on a branching basis.

The stone was visited and photographed by Ken and Jean Bowker on the 29th of October 2014.
