Full Description

A possible early C20 outlet control valve gear at the Seabank Tank Farm, Invergordon.

The structure was investigated in 2015 as part of the ARCH project 'Invergordon in World War I'. A gear is visible in the grass, presumably relating to draining of the berm below. The landscaping of berms in the area dates from the 1930s or early in WWII. <1>
