On a small green knoll amongst level heather-covered ground on the SW side of the Abhainn Choishleadar, at about 30m OD are the substantial remains of a stone built long house with a byre attached to its NW long wall. The exterior walls of the two structures are 2m thick and stand 1.1m high. A door opening survives at the eastern end of the SE long wall.
A second very ruinous longhouse lies 100m to the E, close to the river. A large area of rig and furrow cultivation lies immediately to the N of the longhouse and byre.
Information from R Miket, October 1989.
