Carnliath: Remains of 4 houses (2 rebuilt) and 2 further houses at NM 644 562. Period of early occupation uncertain, but both sites occupied in 1872.

Six unroofed, one partially roofed, two roofed buildings, one enclosure, a sheepfold and a head-dyke are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet xl). Three unroofed, five roofed buildings, one enclosure and a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
