----
NG35SW 1.02 337 540.

A small cluster of ruined buildings is centred on the knoll called Meall an Duna. The most obvious are the ruins on the E flank of the knoll (NG 3374 5406), which comprise a gabled cottage, an outhouse and a pen. The cottage and the outhouse are depicted as roofed on the 2nd edition of the Ordnance Survey map of 1904 (Island of Skye &c., Inverness-shire, 1904, sheet xvi); the pen is not depicted. In the saddle immediately S of the fort (NG 3369 5402) there is another building, which is depicted partly roofed on both the 1st and the 2nd editions of the Ordnance Survey maps of 1880 and 1904 (Island of Skye &c., Inverness-shire, 1880, 1904, sheet xvi). On the W flank of the knoll there are the footings of a fourth building with an attached enclosure.
