Full Description

The ruins of this building, its walls standing about 0.8m high, is situated on the SE side of the road 600m NE of Lowerglen; it is depicted as unroofed on the 1st edition of the Ordnance Survey map of 1880 (Island of Skye &c., Inverness-shire, 1880, sheet xvi). A stony mound was visible in the bracken at its SE end at the date of visit, but its purpose is not known. About 50m to the WSW of the building there is a low mound (5m square) with a depression at its centre.
