Full Description

NG35SW 44 334 524.

At low tide fragments of at least two fish-traps are visible below the highwater mark on either side of the mouth of the Red Burn. One arc of wall some 75m in length lies to the NW of the burn, while two shorter, and roughly parallel, lengths lie to the SE of the burn. All three walls have been reduced to incoherent jumbles of stones by the action of the sea.
Visited by RCAHMS (SH) 25 July 1990.
