Full Description

A possibly prehistoric grass-covered mound is situated 115m ESE of sheepfold ND24SW 18. It has maximum dimensions of 21m N-S by 11m wide and is at least 1.5m high. In a landscape which is comparatively flat, this feature looked out of place. However, it is recognised that it could be natural rather than man-made.
NMRS MS/645, p.11.
