Situated 50m to the right of the 5th pair of power poles up from the old road and 100m W of the Allt Eoghainn at a height of 105m OD, is a circular structure with radiating internal partitions. The external wall is built of large boulders and stone slabs set on edge and varies in thickness from 1.5m to 2m and has an overall diameter of 10m. The internal partitions are rubble built and radiate from single point, are not bounded to the outer wall and may be a later feature. An entrance lies on the NE side marked by a single upright slab to the east side of the opening. The hut lies in a sheltered hollow with open views to Scalpay to the N.
