Full Description

A sickle-shaped knife of black flint, finely dressed along the convex side and only slightly worked on the other, measuring 2 7/8ins long, discovered in a press in Langwell House (ND 113 227) and presumably found in the neighbourhood, was donated to the NMAS by the Duke of Portland (Acc No: AS 33).

No further information. Visited by OS (R L) 29 February 1968.
