OS 6"map, Ross-shire, 1st ed., (1880).

There are a number of tumuli on the moor close to chambered cairn NH57 SE 2.
Name Book 1876.

Centred at NH 581 739 is a field system marked by stone clearance heaps and occasional lynchets and walls. The area has been used for rough grazing which has obscured details of most of the plots, but two were measured at about 40m by 15m. (cf. NH57SE 10.)
