Full Description

NG24SE 29 2838 4161.

The site of a possible dun lies in the crofting township of Dunanellerich on a grass grown knoll which lies at a height of 20m OD. The knoll measures 23m N-S by 10m E-W and much loose stone lies all about. The site has been used as a stone quarry in the recent past and this has obscured much of the detail.
Visited by M A Nicolson, 26 January 1991.
R Miket et al 1991; NMRS MS/530.
