Full Description
NG43SE 17 4892 3059.
On the N side of the River Sligachan close to the Allt Dubh are the ruinous remains of a small settlement. The main structure is a rectangular house aligned NE-SW which measures 10m by 3.5m. A badly degraded byre lies to the SW while a small turf dyked enclosure lies to the SW of the byre tucked into the side of a prominent glacial knoll. (Shown on OS 6-inch map, 1966.)
